Tom, a former Deanery High School pupil, achieved top marks in his course leading him to progress to Edge Hill University where he gained a 2:1 in Film and Television Production.

Tom impressed and has since joined the staff at College in the media department as Media Technician Coordinator.

"The course set me up well for university as I found that a lot of the students didn't have the same basic knowledge that I had received at College of working practically with TV, camera and sound equipment."
