If you want to develop commercial awareness, examining contemporary business issues, entrepreneurship, leadership and management this is the right choice for you.
You will develop the skills required for a rapidly changing business environment.
INDUSTRY RELEVANT
Tutors are industry experts, with backgrounds in marketing, business ownership and retail management, human resource management, finance and supply chain management.
WORK PLACEMENTS
You will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge on a work-related placement in your preferred business area, developing the right skills and competencies for the workplace.
EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM
Guest speakers include industry professionals, from the Bank of England to the DWP, as well as local businesses and entrepreneurs.

What qualifications do I need?
Students must also possess a minimum of a grade C/4 in GCSE maths and English or equivalent
We will consider mature students with experience, a portfolio of work and employer references.
What can I progress onto?
The course content aligns with top-up degrees at other universities including Liverpool John Moores and the University of Central Lancashire.
Students with a merit/distinction may study at leading universities through a top-up degree in subjects ranging from leadership and management to marketing, human resources and finance.

Course Fees
16-18 year olds do not pay exam fees.
Course fees shown are per annum for University Centre courses. Courses lasting longer than one year, fees will be payable per year.
All other courses show the total fees payable for the course.
