Is this course for me?

This is a beginners course so no previous skills are required. If you think you will enjoy trying baking then this course is for you.

What will I study?

You will learn how to prepare and bake various bread and dough products including understanding the theory behind bread and yeast.

How long is the course?

6 weeks

How will I be assessed?

Through visual observation of your practical tasks and verbal questions / discussion.

What qualifications do I need?

No formal entry requirements.

What can I progress onto?

Introduction to pastry and pastry products.

Other Information

You will need and apron and appropriate shoes/trousers for a kitchen.
