If you have a strong desire to help others and help make a positive change in their lives then this course is for you. Level two counselling skills will give you the foundation to support a career in counselling.

What will I study?

As a learner you will identify core counselling skills which include respect, empathy and sincerity. You will complete units around diversity, ethics and self development.

How long is the course?

20 weeks

How will I be assessed?

Assessment for this course is through coursework and practical assessment.

What qualifications do I need?

No formal requirements however GCSE English or equivalent is preferable.

What can I progress onto?

Level 3 Counselling

Learners must be aware that the course involves experiential learning and self-awareness exercises.
