What will I study?
You will learn all aspects of running a business.
You will be exploring the following: business objectives and strategic decision, external influences such as economic, political, legal, technological and social that are facing businesses, marketing and marketing strategies, operational strategy, human resources, accounting and financial considerations, globalisation, internationalisation, digital technology, mergers and takeovers, how to manage strategic change and business ownerships.
