A Level Professional Honours Programme – Applied Medical
"I have received tremendous amounts of support. The College provided me with opportunities to meet with employers and undertake work experience within a hospital setting on my professional development days. My experiences included a Medical Mavericks workshop, Emergency Medicine lectures in Manchester, Debate Society, First Aid training and guest speakers from the NHS and Cambridge graduates. This gave me great insight into my chosen career and meant that I was fully prepared for life beyond college and had plenty to talk about for my personal statement. The careers team were fantastic in advising me about how to apply for university and the best approach to take towards my career in medicine. I was offered a place on the Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Central Lancashire and look forward to a successful career in medicine."
