Phoebe McQueen

The Higher operations Apprentice at MBDA completed her HNC and has since progressed into a multi-skilled operator within the company.

Phoebe has some great advice for anyone and in particular females wanting to return to education and pursue a career within the engineering industry:

“I’d say go for it, apply yourself and make the most of it as there is a deficit of females in the industry but companies are doing more to get young females into stem.”

“I have a progress plan in place. I want to get as much experience as I can and want to become a team leader.”
